     Centered advisory was founded in 2022 to support purpose-driven executives with informed advice, consultation, collaboration and camaraderie.

Bryan Welch, CEO

     Bryan Welch has led high-growth entrepreneurial enterprises in a variety of fields including software, SaaS, manufacturing, insurance, household goods and financial products. He specializes in running impact-driven businesses with strong commitments to social and environmental responsibility. He has grown companies through organic expansion, acquisitions, mergers and multiple rounds of investment funding.
     Today he serves as a coach, board member and advisor for purpose-driven companies. He is the founder and CEO of Centered Advisory Services.
     During his 19-year tenure at Ogden Publications it was transformed from a declining publisher of two rural magazines to a dynamic, growing B Corporation with 9 media brands and numerous websites and ancillary businesses.
     He recently served as CEO of the media and training company Mindful Communications, including Mindful magazine, mindful.org and the groundbreaking LifeXT corporate training program.
     Bryan has been a featured speaker at many major events, including the American Magazine Conference; Outdoor Retailer; the B Corporations Champion’s Retreat; Conscious Capitalism’s CEO Summit; the Green Business Conference; and Sustainable Brands.
     He has served on the boards of several corporations, the International Center for Ethics in Business, Magazine Publishers of America, the Social Venture Network and the Kansas Land Trust, among other nonprofits. He was Niche Media’s 2014 “Niche Rock Star of the Year;” is a member of Mequoda Group’s Digital Media Hall of Fame; and was honored with the B Corporations’ 2014 Hal Taussig Lifetime-Achievement award for “using business as a force for good.”
     He is a longtime meditator and advocate for mindfulness practices. He has extensive training in meditation and meditation instruction.
His award-winning book, “Beautiful & Abundant: Building the World We Want,” appeared in 2011.
     He and his wife, Carolyn, raise organic, grass-fed cattle, sheep and goats on a small ranch in Eastern Kansas.
